Benefits representatives meet with union members to discuss benefits options available for them. Candidates require strong interpersonal and customer service skills as well as a high level of professionalism. No experience is necessary. Pay ranges from $52-$55K. *This position does not involve prospecting or cold calling.
Customer service representatives directly help our clients by filling their needs with products and services. Daily tasks will include direct contact with members through inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments to service the client, policy reviews, data entry and servicing requested benefits. Pay ranges from $52-$55K.
Entry and mid-level leadership are responsible for helping to guide a team by providing training and mentorship. Some tasks are setting and meeting goals, assigning territory and building a team. Leaders will also be responsible for personal goals to showcase a lead from the front mentality. First year earning potential of $50-$75K.
