Benefits Representative
Bitman Agency is looking for individuals who have a background in either customer service, finance, and or sales to round out our team. Benefits representatives meet with union members to discuss benefits options available. This position does not involve prospecting or cold calling. Benefits representatives require strong interpersonal and customer service skills as well as a high level of professionalism. No experience is necessary. We provide all the training. This position offers plenty of advancement opportunities into a leadership role for the right candidate. Pay ranges from $52-$55K. We provide leadership programs with constant mentor-ship to help our associates develop themselves into strong team leaders.
Customer service Representative
Bitman Agency is looking for customer service representatives to directly help our client by filling their needs with products and services. Daily tasks will include direct contact with members through inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments to service the client, policy reviews, data entry and servicing requested benefits. This position offers a flexible work schedule.
Entry and Mid-Level leadership roles
Entry and mid-level leadership will be responsible for helping to lead a team by providing guidance, training and mentorship. They will be responsible for setting and meeting goals, assigning territory and building a team. Leaders will also be responsible for personal goals to showcase a lead from the front mentality. This position offers a flexible work schedule, with a first year earning potential of $50-$75K.
